Monthly Meditation

Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)
MBCT uses evidence-based skills of mindfulness meditation and cognitive therapy to teach strategies for managing difficult emotions, such as depression, anxiety, and experiences of overwhelm. THIS IS NOT GROUP THERAPY. These 8-week classes meet once per week for 2-1/2 hours, with a retreat day between sessions 6 and 8. Currently, these MBCT classes are being offered only online via Zoom, usually in the spring and fall. To learn more about MBCT, click here. To be added to the MBCT mailing list, email me here.
